How can I get a refund, exchange or warranty information on my furniture? Please contact the Badcock store where you purchased your furniture and one of our trained customer service agents will be happy to assist you. How should I clean my upholstery? Our upholstery products have a tag located under one of the seat cushions or under the unit itself. The tag shows a universal cleaning code. Do you take custom orders? Due to the large quantity of furniture we produce, we do not take custom orders. However, we do have a wide variety of styles in our product line. To find a style that will compliment your home, please check out our complete online product catalog. How can I apply for a job at Badcock & More of South Florida? Please contact your local Badcock location for job openings. I recently moved, and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. Help? Often damaged parts can be replaced. If you need to get a replacement part for a product, contact the Badcock store you purchased it from for assistance. How does your delivery service work? A delivery date will be provided at time of purchase. Upon that date you can contact the store you purchased from and an estimated 3 hour window will be provided. It is important for someone to be at home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day, otherwise a redelivery charge will be incurred. Are there Warranties Available? Badcock and More of South Florida honors all manufacturers warranties. Depending on the type of furniture you select, the warranty will vary. If you would like more specific information about the warranty for the furniture you are considering please contact your local Badcock. Extended warranty programs are also available. Do you have a Cancellation and Refund Policy? Please contact the store directly as our policy may differ depending on the item selected. Do you have financing plans? We have financing plans to fit every budget. We offer no interest / no down payment / minimum payment financing plans as well as in-house financing. Please contact your local Badcock fro more information. What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing part)? We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. Just call the Badcock location that your furniture was purchased from and they will make arrangements to fix the problem. |
